Armor up for whatever the day brings with this nutritious smoothie, which includes mango, bananas, milk, and watermelon.
MAKES: 2
2 cups watermelon1 frozen mango, cubed2 frozen bananas, chunks1 cup lowfat milk
Puree watermelon in a blender*. Pour into Iron Man ice cube mold and freeze overnight.
Place mango, bananas and milk in a blender*. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass.
Remove watermelon ice cube from the tray and place on top of the smoothie to garnish.Contains: milk*With adult supervision
